Copen Grand EC location is at the heart of Tengah Town in Tengah Garden Walk. It is within minutes away from the three upcoming MRT Stations; Tengah MRT station to the North along the proposed Tengah central Road, Hong Kah MRT station to the South West, and the proposed Tengah central, and Tengah Plantation MRT station to the southeast along Plantation Crescent road.

Taurus Properties SG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited and joint venture partner MCL Land, said it plans to build 628 residential units with enough landscaping.

    Tengah Districts

    Plantation District

    With an area of about 90 hectares, Plantation District could have about 10,000 new homes when fully completed.

    • Embracing an active and healthy lifestyle through encouraging walking, cycling, and public transportation use;
    • Creating dwellings in the middle of nature, where flora and water elements naturally merge with housing, led by the Biophilic Town Framework;
    • Live Smart – Using science and technology to make the living environment more livable, efficient, sustainable, and safe for occupants.

    The Plantation Farmway is a prominent component of the Plantation District, which is intended to be a hub for community farming. It will weave through the residential precincts and link the district’s communal and recreational amenities, measuring roughly 40 meters wide and 700 meters long. The Plantation Farmway will also function as a green connection, connecting inhabitants to other important Tengah town infrastructure and amenities including the town centre, Central Park, and Forest Stream.

    Tengah inhabitants will be able to experience farm-to-table eating by growing their own vegetables and sharing the bounty at farmers’ markets along the Farmway. These events provide everyone with the chance to try a new way of life, interact with one another, and rekindle the kampung spirit.

    Tengah inhabitants will also have access to two significant recreational areas in Tengah Town via the Garden Farmway. Tengah Pond is located on one end of the Farmway, where inhabitants may enjoy a variety of shopping and recreational amenities as well as a stroll along the waterfront promenade. Residents will be directed to the proposed Central Park, a 20-hectare green lung where they may participate in a variety of activities. The Garden District’s western side is also flanked by Central Park, which serves as a natural buffer between houses and the planned Jurong Innovation District.

    Park District

    Providing about 7,200 new homes when fully completed, the Park District will be the hub and heart of Tengah where “car-free” Tengah Town Centre will be cited.

    The center of the town centre will be safe and welcoming for locals to stroll and cycle since it will be separated from highways and traffic. This would improve pedestrian connection in the town center to Central Park and other nearby social-communal green spaces.

    Brickland District
